If you're not completely satisfied with your human hair wig, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the wig is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Custom-coloured or specially ordered wigs are final sale and cannot be returned. To initiate a return, please contact us at your store email with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services. Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we cannot redirect packages once shipped.
