1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship to addresses within South Africa only. We deliver to all provinces including remote and rural areas.

2. PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday)
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day
  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase
  • A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent once your order is dispatched

3. SHIPPING METHODS AND RATES

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)

  • Orders under R500: R75
  • Orders R500-R999: R50
  • Orders R1000 and above: FREE SHIPPING

Express Shipping (1-3 business days)

  • Flat rate: R150 (available for all order values)

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order total.

4. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch:

Major Cities (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth)

  • Standard: 3-5 business days
  • Express: 1-2 business days

Other Urban Areas

  • Standard: 4-6 business days
  • Express: 2-3 business days

Rural and Remote Areas

  • Standard: 5-7 business days
  • Express: 3-4 business days

5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

  • All orders include tracking
  • You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
  • Track your package through our courier's website using your tracking number
  • If you don't receive tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us

6. DELIVERY PROCESS

  • Deliveries are made Monday-Friday during business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
  • A signature may be required upon delivery
  • If you're not available, the courier will leave a collection notice
  • Packages can typically be collected from the nearest courier depot within 5 business days

7. DELIVERY ISSUES

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
  • We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you
  • Address changes after dispatch may incur additional fees

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the package will be held at the courier depot
  • You'll receive notification with collection instructions
  • Uncollected packages will be returned to us after 5 business days
  • Reshipping fees will apply for returned packages

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your order, contact us within 48 hours
  • Check with neighbors, building security, or household members
  • We'll investigate with the courier service
  • Claims must be made within 7 days of the delivery date shown on tracking
